I don’t usually wear any makeup, do I still need a Makeup Artist for my event?
Yes! A professional artist eases the pressure of doing your makeup by yourself. We will create a natural look that you’ll feel comfortable with. Whatever the occasion, you want to put your best face forward. Hiring an expert is the best way to ensure you’ll look and feel perfectly polished for your special event. You deserve it!

How long will my makeup last? 
The products we use are designed to last 10-12 hours with minimal touch-ups necessary. Most products are waterproof and transfer resistant, so rest assured they will last throughout your entire event.


What type of products do you use?
We use only the best products to ensure longevity and look great for photography purposes. We use mostly all M.A.C products, but do have other prestigious lines in our kit such as Nars, Urban Decay, Makeup Forever, Smashbox and Lorac.


How long does it take to have my makeup done?
We give our Brides an hour to complete the flawless, polished look. For bridesmaids or other clients it usually takes about 45 minutes.


Do you offer a trial run?
Absolutely! Practice makes perfect. A trial run is where we can sit down together to design the look you’d like to achieve for your wedding day and select the proper products to best suit your needs. All of the products used will be documented so the perfected look can be recreated perfectly. We recommend booking your trial 6-8 weeks before your wedding day. We suggest bringing your veil and jewelry with you for this appointment so you can envision your completed wedding day look. 


How should I arrive for my bridal trial or makeup application?
Please arrive with a clean face. You do not need to apply moisturizers, lotions or primers. We will apply the specific products we need to achieve the desired look. You can also bring a tear from a magazine or a picture of the look you’d like for inspiration. We also recommend wearing a zippered or button up shirt to ensure your makeup does not get ruined when undressing.


How do I secure my date?
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. A $100 retainer is required for weddings and we require a signed contract. Local travel feels are included in the cost. 
We recommend booking your event date 6-9 months ahead to ensure availability. Any dates falling on a holiday will incur an extra $100 charge. Any event with an expected start time of 8:00 a.m. or earlier that is 2 hours or more away will require overnight hotel accommodations at a nearby location. 


Do you offer hairstyling services?
We offer basic hair styling, but are not professional hair stylists. If you are looking for an elaborate hair design or an up-do, we'd be happy to refer you to a talented stylist who will work on location as well.


Do you provide makeup services for large parties?
Yes, we certainly do. We can accommodate your entire wedding party and will happily bring more assistants if needed to ensure we are completing the applications efficiently.
